It is used for slitting the coil into required width for the use of punch line through the procedure of uncoiling.
Pre-leveling,cropping and recoiling.It has advantage such as proper layout,easy operation,
highly automated and high production efficiency.
This line is adaptable to process cold-rolled and galvanized coils,silicon steel coils,stainless coils,
prepainted coils,aluminium coils,and all sorts if plated and coated coils and it widely applies to many industries
like automobiles,containers,household appliances,food packing,construction materials, etc.
This line consists of coilar,uncoiler,slitter,scrap winder,scrap shear,tension pad and coil recoiler,etc.
Loop bridge,pinch and deviation corrector are equipped between each machine.
